Step into your power with this warrior workshop, a calm and supportive space to explore the foundations of warrior poses. In this workshop, we break down Warrior I, II, and III, and guide you through transitions and balance work to help build confidence in your practice. Through thoughtful instruction, accessible variations, and steady breathwork, you'll learn how to move with intention rather than force. This workshop is perfect for beginners and anyone craving a deeper connection to strength, presence, and grounded energy. In yoga, Warrior 1, 2, and 3 (Virabhadrasana I, II, and III) are foundational standing poses designed to build lower body strength, improve balance, and cultivate mental focus. While they share a common name, each pose utilizes different hip alignments and muscle engagements to offer unique physical and mental benefits. When: Saturday March 7th Time: 12:00pm - 1:30pm
