I’m a Physical Therapist Assistant, mental health advocate, and yoga teacher passionate about creating supportive spaces where people feel safe, present, and deeply connected to their bodies. My classes focus less on achieving shapes and more on cultivating awareness, ease, and trust—meeting your body where it is rather than pushing it to be somewhere else. To me, yoga isn’t about doing more; it’s about noticing more, listening inward, and allowing mindful movement to support both physical and emotional well-being.
